 KidCare on the spot
Parents in a Pinch's KidCare on the Spot is a special program that provides childcare for groups of children during weddings, meetings and other special events.
During your next event, you’ll have time to take care of the big details, while Parents in a Pinch is takes care of the little ones! We send a team of wonderful, professionally screened and trained caregivers, armed with fun activities, to play with and supervise the children. Our activity specialist puts together a selection of toys for fun, safe and cooperative play.
Rates:
$250 for games, arts and crafts, books and toys.
$30.00 per hour per caregiver.
Ratios:
At all times we maintain a ratio of 4:1 for children 3 years and older, and 2:1 for babies and toddlers.
Minimum:
4 hours and 2 caregivers. Cancellations: $100.00 (takes effect once the caregivers are selected and the arrangements have been confirmed).
